Hiring Therapy Technician
Therapy technician-This position is designed to assist staff therapists in providing Physical Therapy and
Occupational Therapy efficiently for their clients. The focus involves both behind the scenes support and
in the forefront of client interaction. The primary focus of a Therapy Tech at Chesterton Physical Therapy
is to support the therapy staff with setting up and cleaning equipment, assist in set up exercises under the
supervision of a therapist and to facilitate smooth flow of clients through interaction and engaging conversation.
Responsibilities include:
● Assist therapists
● Setting up exercise equipment
● Cleaning all areas, Wiping Down Tables and Keeping the Clinic Orderly.
● Assisting Front Office Staff
● Scheduling Client and confirming appointments
● Participating in community outreach events.
Skills/behaviors expected:
● Hard working, organized, Confident in tackling difficult situations and people
● Strong customer service and communication skills, computer and telephone skills.
